Our craft distillery is in a retrofitted old horse barn with amazing views of the foothills of the Adirondacks. Our Adirondack water is perfect for distilling as is, and is one of the key elements of our unique, award winning spirits. No reverse osmosis units or water softeners here, just creative, well-balanced products.
