We’re a distillery with deep roots in brewing. So deep that our eponymous brewery once was housed in the location we occupy. Southern Tier Distilling Company’s Empty Bottle tasting room is a showcase for each of our spirits, hand-crafted cocktails and to top it off, we’re just a stone’s throw away from beers at Southern Tier Brewing Company.
