Saint Lawrence Spirits

Saint Lawrence Spirits, located in Clayton, NY is a farm-based distillery that is family owned and operated. Our family farm, Lucky Star Ranch, provides many local ingredients for the production of our spirits. What we cannot grow ourselves, we get from other local farmers. Our distillery is located right on the banks of the Saint Lawrence River, where we utilize a shore well as our water source. Through the reverse osmosis process we proof down all our spirits with Saint Lawrence River water, providing The Spirit of the River in Every Bottle®!
