Tuthilltown Spirits, home of the well-known Hudson Whiskey line, is proud to have been the early bird in the post-prohibition New York distilling scene. Based in the old Tuthilltown Gristmill, a historic landmark Tuthilltown Spirits distills vodka using apples grown at orchards less than five miles away and whiskey using grain harvested by farmers less than ten miles away. Tuthilltown’s handmade, small batch process is shared with visitors on site, who are welcome to then dine at the onsite restaurant which serves homemade, American cuisine that showcases fresh, local artisan products and ingredients of the Hudson Valley.
