Stoutridge Distillery in the Hudson Valley is a premium winery and distillery located in Marlboro, NY on the southeast facing slopes of a ridge of land on which grapevines and fruit trees have been continuously planted for 200 years.
Built in the same facility used to make their award wining Stoutridge Wine, Stoutridge distillery utilizes environmentally responsible means to make their product, energy efficient solar panels, underground aging, and high efficiency engineered heating and cooling systems. They are outfitted with three majestic Christian Carl stills and a 4000-square-foot barrel room with ample space for above ground and below ground barrel aging.
Traditionalists at heart, Stoutridge is one of only eight distilleries nationwide with floor malting and operates the only traditional kilning floor in the US. Their small batch distillery will output Single Malt Barley, Rye and Bourbon Whiskies. Gins, Vodka, White unaged Whiskies, Eau De Vies, Neutral Grain Spirits and more.
