Brian Mulder and Todd Pascarella, with the encouragement of their wives, changed careers to launch Union Grove Distillery, aiming to craft the finest whiskeys and vodkas from an array of native and unique ingredients. The tasting room and cocktail lounge is a great place for locals and tourists to experience the wonderful flavors of the Catskills.
