Lock 1 Distilling Company is a New York State Grain to Glass Farm Distillery. We are located at Lock 1 of the Oswego Canal in downtown Phoenix NY. We are family owned and operated and we proudly distill, bottle and sell handcrafted spirits made from local ingredients.
