Klocke Estate is on a mission to create world-class brandy that reflects a sense of place in the Hudson Valley. The earth-to-glass brandy distillery, farm, and acclaimed culinary destination is set on 160 acres in Claverack, New York, four miles from Hudson. We use sustainable methods to cultivate sixty acres of vineyards and apple orchards to craft exquisite brandy and vermouth. Set at the top of a hill with expansive views of the Catskill Mountains, the Hudson Valley, and our vineyards and orchards, we offer tastings, tours, and fine dining. The restaurant at Klocke Estate serves an a la carte menu of seasonal fare with an extensive beverage program that expresses our passion for brandy.
