Klocke Estate

Klocke Estate is an earth-to-glass brandy distillery, farm, and culinary destination set on 160 acres in Claverack, New York, four miles from Hudson. We use regenerative organic agriculture to cultivate sixty acres of vineyards and apple orchards to make exquisite brandy and vermouth. Set at the top of a hill with expansive views of the Catskill Mountains, the Hudson Valley, and our vineyards and orchards, the restaurant at Klocke Estate serves an a la carte menu of seasonal fare with an extensive beverage program that expresses our passion for brandy.
