Hillrock Estate Distillery

Hillrock’s mission is to produce world-class whiskeys that reflect the local terroir. As such, all of their whiskeys are malted, distilled, aged and bottled on their estate in the Hudson Valley. Proud to be one of the few “field-to-glass” whiskey producers in the world, Hillrock Estate Distillery is the first U.S. distillery since before Prohibition to traditionally floor-malt whiskey on site from natural-grown estate grain. Located in the historic Hudson Valley town of Ancram, NY, the estate features an 1806 Georgian house overlooking the Distillery and 100 acres of farmland growing corn, as well as heirloom varieties of rye and barley.
