We are a farm-based distillery located in the beautiful Thousand Islands region of Northern New York, the first of its kind in the area. We have a simple philosophy: to produce the best quality, homegrown and handcrafted spirits from locally grown raw materials, learn from our past mistakes, and challenge ourselves to constantly keep improving.
