Buffalo Distilling began in 1883 and produced whiskey and other alcohols until they closed the doors in 1914. Almost 100 years later the Buffalo Distilling Company was relaunched in the hills of Wyoming County in Western New York. Formed in a small barn in Bennington, NY we became the areas first Bourbon, Krupnik, and brandy distillers. Proudly making our spirits with all locally sourced grains, apples and honey.
We have since moved the distillery into the revitalized Larkin district in the city of Buffalo complete with a tasting room and bar. We offer cocktails, beer, wine, tours and tastings to compliment our cozy atmosphere in a restored carriage factory. Stop by and enjoy some live music and let us show you how we craft our farm to bottle spirits!
